An 8.4-metre structural grid, highly efficient planning, rooftop solar, and stepped green terraces turn the project into a value-driven workplace that balances usable area, employee well-being, and environmental performance.

A Diagrid of Light and Power imagines a Mumbai corporate headquarters as a large-span workplace wrapped in a structurally expressive facade. A 22-metre column-free floor plate, perimeter structure, and BIPV-integrated diagrid give the building both flexible interior planning and a distinctive identity shaped by structural logic and on-site energy generation.
